Our bodies are wonderful creations and life truly is a miracle. Due to the fact that God is the creator of our bodies we need to take care of them and running is a beautiful form of self torture to do that taking care of. 

BENEFITS TO RUNNING

Have you ever been doing something physically active and all of the sudden you forget about your problems? If this has happened to you then you know one of the benefits to running. Running puts your body in survival mode, and in a desperate attempt to not die you forget all of life’s problems. It is quite relieving! There of course are other benefits to running, especially those that fall under the category of physical health, but we will not mention those as of now.
